Professor Guo has been teaching in ShandongUniversity since July 1950.
Research Field:
1. Population genetics & Prevention of hereditary diseases and other congenital abnormalities.
2. Genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis
He has completed more than 20 projects funded by WHO, National Science Foundation and the Ministry of Health. He has published more than 50 papers and wrote or edited more than 10 books. He also serves on the editoral board of the Chinese Journal of Medical Genetics.
